Dr. Jennifer Channual, M.D.

Board Certified Dermatologist

Dr. Jennifer Channual is a renowned board-certified dermatologist based in Laguna and Newport Beach, California. With over 15 years of experience in the field, she has established herself as a leading expert in the diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions.

Dr. Channual received her medical degree and completed her residency from the University of California, Irvine. In addition to her extensive medical training, Dr. Channual is committed to ongoing education and staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in dermatology. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Dr. Channual is the proud owner of two thriving dermatology offices, Laguna Dermatology and Newport Cove Dermatology. At both locations, she provides a wide range of services, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic treatments.

Outside of her busy practices, Dr. Channual is dedicated to giving back to her community. She is a volunteer at several local charities and organizations and has been recognized for her philanthropic efforts.

Dr. Channual is committed to providing her patients with the highest level of care and expertise. With her wealth of knowledge and experience, she has become a trusted partner in the health and wellbeing of her patients.

Dr. Cameron Trodello, M.D.

Board Certified Dermatologist

Dr. Cameron Trodello was born and raised in central Massachusetts. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Southern California, where he graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. After working as a medical assistant for a year, he returned to the University of Southern California and earned his medical degree. He then completed his internal medicine internship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, followed by his dermatology residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he served as chief resident during his final year. Dr. Trodello has published several peer-reviewed journal articles and has presented at local and national dermatologic conferences. He practices medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, and cares for patients of all ages.

Some of his areas of interest include the prevention, detection, and management of skin cancer, as well as the treatment of various chronic inflammatory diseases such as acne, psoriasis, and eczema. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Dr. Michael Mortazie, D.O.

Board Certified mohs surgeon

Dr. Michael Mortazie completed his dermatology training at Michigan State University after which he completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology in Santa Monica, CA under the direction of one of the world’s experts in dermatological surgery. He has served on the American Academy of Dermatology’s Learning Resources Committee. He has authored numerous articles on skin cancer and facial reconstruction and has presented at national dermatologic surgery meetings.

As a fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon, Dr. Mortazie specializes in surgical dermatology. He takes great pride in meticulous surgical technique and providing patients with excellent cosmetic outcomes. His mission is to treat each patient like family.

Rasha Dabbousi, P.A.-C

Certified Physician Assistant

Rasha Dabbousi, PA-C, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology from University of California, Santa Barbara. She then earned a joint Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and Public Health from Touro University, California. Rasha is certified by the National Commission on certification of Physician Assistants and has an active Physician Assistant license in the state of California. 

As a dermatology PA, she diagnoses and treats routine dermatologic disorders, performs skin cancer screenings and in-office procedures, such as biopsies, cryosurgery, and Botox.

Meet Renee Janeski, R.N.

Registered aesthetic nurse

Renee Janeski was born in Vancouver, Canada and was raised in Laguna Niguel. She earned her undergraduate degree in International Studies with a minor in Psychology at the University of California, Irvine. After working in management in the salon/spa industry and as a realtor, she pursued her calling and obtained a nursing degree at Saddleback College. Her passion is in helping patients feel and look their absolute best. Outside of work, she enjoys baseball with her husband and son.

Renee specializes in Botox, fillers, and laser treatments for skin tightening and youthful revitalization procedures.

Meet Carli Coppolino

Licensed medical aesthetician

Carli is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician. She is an Orange County native that has a passion for health and fitness, and admittedly, has a guilty pleasure for shopping! She spends her time off with friends and family shopping, dining, and exploring Southern California. Her passion for aesthetics and skin care began in 2014 when she worked at both medical and day spas; enhancing people’s skin health using cutting edge skin care technology. Her treatments are extremely detail oriented, and she has a passion for education the ensures the most contemporary skin care. She is certified in LightStim and TrueU Education, and specializes in chemical peels, microdermabrasion, HydraFacials, anti-aging procedures, and acne treatments.

Carli’s mission is to offer high-quality, results-oriented treatments that her patients will enjoy and appreciate. Carli is a self-starter, very resourceful, and highly motivated to both educate people about their daily skin care, and provide results oriented skin rejuvenating procedures.
